Very interesting article.

Haven’t heard of “delayed sleep phase disorder (DSPD)” before and it makes total sense. I can now see how this may be evident in some family and friends.

Certainly enjoy my mornings and late evenings, so for me it’s always a trade-off and seems to vary for me.

I do prefer to allow my body all the sleep it wants/needs and enjoy having a mostly flexible work schedule.

Most mornings I invest in self improvement/learning first and then tend to do my work late morning and into the afternoon.

Putting myself first, before client work, is my motivation to get out of bed.
