To me, this is crucial! It’s a core element of holistic wellness, and what fuels a healthy body and mind.
In our North American culture I’ve found that many people choose food based on taste, price, and convenience. This seems to be a problematic recipe that ultimately leads away from wellness.
Taste can be/is manipulated, cheap usually doesn’t lead to quality, and perceived convenience equals compromise.
Food is energy and when it’s infused with love it’s truly nourishing.
