So resonates with me, especially the last part, where you basically say take time to be in the moment and enjoy things and ourselves in those things just as we are in the now.

Also believe that our intuition can be easily obscured by a busy mind and/or chaotic environment. I agree that intuition needs to be nurtured for us to attain the greater benefit.
