Most of my life was spent/wasted to a degree staying up too late doing things that didn’t need to be done.

It caused me to sleep in till I really needed to get up. Then I’d rush out the door to go work in a place that I didn’t really want to be.

Several years ago—thanks to articles like this one—I learned about the benefits of getting up early.

It’s become a fundamental part of my wellness journey and a catalyst for transformation.

I now love my mornings and they set the stage for a great day!

I’m very protective of my morning and don’t take calls, do emails/messages or do any work related stuff in the first 3+ hours of my day—everyday!

To me, it’s a time of solitude; for prayer, meditation, journalling, reading, exercise and sometimes being out in nature.

I now gladly sacrifice my late evenings and nights for a serene morning.
