It’s amazing how subtle yet powerful meditation is.
To me it’s become foundational to my wellbeing and transformation.
I prefer, because it’s all that I really know, to use guided meditations on Insight Timer.
The free version is great and was so beneficial, however, recently I’ve subscribed and now have access to the courses, which I feel take me to another level.
I now meditate several times a day and find it enjoyable and indispensable to the stillness and inspiration I now experience.
