Great story about your personal path to happiness/wellness!

I can relate on so many levels based on my experience. Even during the pandemic my happiness and quality of life has exponentially increased through very similar methods.

I’ve also found meditation, nature/exercise, reading, and eating well very beneficial.

I like what you conveyed about the benefits of therapy and found/find that in recovery meetings that have led to release and transformation.

Recently read that once we gain a certain level of awareness that it helps ensure inner peace even when we face challenges.
