Great article. I was getting up at 5am for awhile and focussing on my morning routine, however, lately it’s been challenging – especially when I’m up late the night before.
What you’ve written really resonates with me. I need to get even more clear and specific on my goals and the associated processes/habits I believe will help me get there.
I like getting up early now (most of my life I haven’t), because I believe doing things strategically different will bring me better results. I enjoy watching the sunrise as I journal or read.
