Forcing teachers, forcing kids—doesn’t this point to a very big problem here?

Wouldn’t making schools another unsafe place have serious consequences—like an even greater rate of suicide?

Do all children not have/deserve human rights?

Instead of outing the child, what if we first asked why they don’t feel safe coming out at home?

Then, as needed, we could even provide counselling for those parents that are plagued with prejudice and possibly hate.
