Been wondering how good it is to be having coffee first thing every morning.

Most of my life I slept really well, however, over the last decade that has deteriorated due to some evolving health challenges.

It makes sense to me to delay having coffee right away, as difficult as it may be. So, it’s a change I plan implement.

As was noted in the comments. I will also drink more water first thing to ensure better hydration.
