As I evolve on my spiritual journey, I find myself appreciating and longing for more moments of inner silence.

Living in the forest on a small remote island in the Salish Sea with friends again for several months this past summer was so expansive, because of the many opportunities to enjoy true silence.

I still find inner silence when I’m in noisy cities, however, I do miss the added stillness of a quite environment, as well.
